First, film producer Jaya Lange introduced us to the snow bike concept, with an in-depth look at the history of these machines. Then, a year later, he showed us what was being accomplished on them—from the deepest of powder riding to Brett Turcotte’s infamous backflip in the backcountry.
For the 2017 installment of The Trax Film series, Lange will bring us back up to speed on current snow bike platforms, including the Russian-based Snowrider. Trax Vol. 3 Uprising also follows Brock Hoyer’s road to X Games (check out our interview with him) and rising stars, such as Cody Matechuk, Morgan Kaliszuk, Ronnie Renner and a freestyle motocross rider from Quebec known as Steel Cutter.
