  • Arctic Cat (NASDAQ:ACAT): FQ1 EPS of -$0.08 misses by $0.08.
  • Arctic Cat (NASDAQ:ACAT) reports snowmobiles sales rose 4% to $58.23M.
  • All-Terrain Vehicles sales decreased 17% to $52.87M.
  • Parts, Garments & Accessories sales fell 2% to $23.28M.
  • Gross profit margin rate -460 bps to 16.8%.
  • FY2016 Guidance: Net sales: $690 to $705M; Adjusted EPS: $0.80 to $0.95; GAAP EPS: $0.60 to $0.70.
  • Pays $.125 dividend to investors

Polaris Second Quarter Financial Results Summary:

  • Polaris (NYSE:PII): Q2 EPS of $1.49 misses by $0.09.
  • Polaris (NYSE:PII) reports retail sales rose 11% in Q2.
  • Motorcycle sales +57% to $162.22M.
  • Snowmobile sales +215% to $19.34M.
  • Off-road vehicles sales +2% to $688.76M.
  • PG&A sales +17% to $187.54M.
  • Global adjacent markets sales -3% to $66.56M.Gross profit rate fell 166 bps to 28.4%.
  • Operating margin rate decreased 74 bps to 14.6%.
  • FY2015 Guidance: Sales: +10% to +12%; Diluted EPS: $7.32 to $7.42 (+10% to +12%).
  • Polaris declares $0.53 dividend
