The 2018/2019 season was good overall for our club. We managed to get all of our trails open. General maintenance was required all season on our shelters and trails to keep them in good shape.

For next season, the club is planning for a new floor and woodstove in the Sifton Shelter. It shouldn’t take too long. Some of our bridges on Trail No. 6 north to Swan River require some attention—new planking, markers, etc. Hopefully they will be ready before the snow comes.

It turned into a busy spring when the chance to purchase a newer groomer came along and we ended up purchasing it for a decent price. We now have a 2011 Prinoth, the same colour as our other one. Our Tucker was put up for sale and has found a new home. Overall, 2018/2019 was a good season and we are looking forward to the 2019/ 2020 season. Bring on the snow and happy trails to all!
