XTruck Decks ATV and sled decks

Loading and unloading your sled or ATV should be a straightforward task, making it possible to get to your destination sooner. That's where decks from XTruck Deck, Sled & ATV come in.

XTruck decks are lightweight and durable, constructed of 100 per cent TIG-welded aluminum with factory-exclusive extrusions. To eliminate warping and provide grip for wheels and feet, the surface of the deck is anti-slip resin and steel mesh on top of a waterproof plywood material known as polywood.

The decks weigh only 136 kilograms (300 pounds), and with their unique tri-leg design, XTruck decks can be loaded into a truck box by just one person. This also means the owner of an XTruck deck won’t have to call for help every time he or she wants to take it off the truck. The decks come with a bolt-through installation kit with bottom plates as well as turnbuckle eyelets for no-drill installations. XTruck decks do not restrict access to the truck box and they even come with an under-deck dome light.

The decks have expandable sides that increase their width to a full 254 centimetres (100 inches). The sides are designed to expand and retract with ease and exclusive T-beam tubes prevent them from freezing up.

XTruck decks also have an industry-leading 10'9" tri-folding ramp. The top section of the ramp is set at a different angle than the rest of the ramp to provide a safer loading and unloading experience. Pre-installed slides on the ramp means there is no need to purchase aftermarket glides for loading sleds.

XTruck decks come with a factory powdercoating, in either white or black, and they are available in two sizes: 2.1 metres (seven feet) for two-metre (6.5-foot) boxes or 2.4 metres (eight feet) for the same size truck box. Full deck extensions and track holders to haul long-track machines on a short deck can also be purchased from XTruck Deck, Sled & ATV. See the website for XTruck decks to find a dealer near you.
