Situated in northeast Alberta, the town of St. Paul has a prime position along Alberta's Iron Horse Trail. Sledders can cruise through boreal forests and take in the Alberta wilderness, and then stop in town to visit the local snowmobile dealerships, get a bite to eat at one of the restaurants in St. Paul or relax at one of the snowmobile-friendly accommodations available there.

Iron Horse Trail

This famous trail offers more than 300 kilometres of terrain that snowmobilers can explore. It is also a hot spot for geocaching, and offers 20 different rest stops and staging areas along the way.

Bellevue Ferry Trail

This trail runs from St. Paul 50 kilometres south to the North Saskatchewan River. At that point it joins up with the Two Hills Snowmobile Trail.
