On November 1st and 2nd, Snoman held its AGM and 9th Annual Congress. The event was a great success again this year, with over 250 in attendance. As always, it was good to visit with the snowmobilers from across the province. The workshops held were: Snowmobile Safety with the RCMP, Insurance Coverage, Club Presidents, Volunteer Recruitment, Development & Retention, Trail Signing, and the Snow Scooters Youth Club.
A 50/50 draw was held with half of the proceeds going to STARS. Escape Artist Dean Gunnarson was the evening's entertainment, and he put on a fabulous show!
The awards banquet on Saturday evening began with greetings from the provincial government by Minister Sarah Guillemard, Conservation & Climate. During the evening, the following awards were handed out:
