Superdeck by Bulldog Decks

by Kirsten Armleder

Bulldog Decks in Chilliwack, B.C., has upped the ante for other sled deck manufacturers this season. The company’s Superdeck now comes standard with six rows of Super Glides—which are mounted on the deck with new edge rail trim—as well as two front Super Clamps and two rear Super Clamps for securing snowmobiles.

The company has also beefed up the three-quarter-inch retractable slide-outs on the Superdeck with marine-grade treated plywood. Not only are the slide-outs stronger, but Bulldog says they are less likely to warp as well. And new slide points on the slide-outs means that they will be easier to open and close. When the slides are fully extended, the Superdeck is eight feet four inches wide.

The Superdeck comes with a newly redesigned 10-foot-long telescopic ramp as well. At 53 inches wide, it is the widest ramp in the industry, according to Bulldog, and it comes complete with Super Glides and edge rail trim.

Another industry-leading feature on the Superdeck is the new Quick Dog Anchors. With these anchors, there is no drilling or bolting required to secure the deck to the inside of your truck—just pull the handle and it’s good to go.

Other features of the Superdeck include a removable headache rack, removable legs and triple front deck hook tie-down locations, as well as new Sonic sealed LED lights and under-deck lighting with an On and Off switch.

The Superdeck costs less than it did last year—even after all the extras were added to it. It can be ordered through Bulldog’s website
