Marlon Xplore all-aluminum truck deck

Marlon Recreational Products (MRP) has had tremendous success with the new Marlon Xplore all-aluminum recreational truck deck. Since the deck was introduced last winter, MRP has been the first to bring the new Supertrac extruded truck deck side design to the marketplace.

The Supertrac tie-down system runs the entire length of the deck’s side rails at a 45-degree angle. All models come standard with the Supertrac installed and include four easy-to-move Supertrac tie-down hooks. Marlon Xplore truck decks now expand market diversification by allowing various toys or other items to be easily tied down. Similar to aircraft cargo tie-downs, the Supertrac hooks can be slid to a location that will allow you to secure your load properly so that you won’t have to worry about it while you’re driving down the highway—and it’s all done without damaging or marking up the sides of your deck.

For 2017, MRP has added even more features to the Marlon Xplore truck deck, including 13.5-inch Super-Glides Wide on the wings to cover more of the deck flooring. This allows you to easily position your snowmobiles or snow bikes—with their unique ski stances—and it provides additional traction for walking on the deck while loading and unloading. Safety first!

LED bullet lights come standard in the headache rack for assistance when loading and unloading. There is also a row of LED bullet lights under the deck to light up your cargo space. Telescopic deck legs allow you to set the deck leg stance dependant on the size of your truck box.

The Marlon Xplore deck comes with either all-aluminum decking or plywood. Two front Super-Clamps come standard with the deck and two rear Super-Clamps, which include a foot of Supertrac/tie down hooks, are available as an option. The Super-Glides, which are mounted under and secured with Marlon’s Super-Glide extrusion sides, are set up in three locations for outside and centre loading.

Available options include a two-foot deck extension, custom wraps, a headache rack winch, leg risers and UTV ramps.

MRP has many other great ideas that are in the works to incorporate as many options to the deck and Supertrac system as possible. Plans are in place to continue building onto this platform for years to come. If you have any wants, needs or suggested options, please contact MRP. “We will do what we can to work some magic and come out with additional features or options. With your continued help, we will keep on leading the way with Marlon Xplore decks,” said the company.

Now go Xplore and have some fun!
