All snowmobilers owe this man thanks! He changed the way we all ride for the better. Berthold Fecteau retired from BRP last Friday with 26 patents in North America between snowmobiles and Can-Am Spyder. He was one of the originators of the rider forward concept introduced on the first REV prototypes which he helped design and build. It has affected every snowmobile designed since.

Berthold is pictured (left) with Sebastien Thibault, Race & Engine Calibration Manager - the two worked together for 16 years in the Racing and Engineering sectors.

Enjoy retirement Bert! You've earned it.
