If you want to see what the next generation of backcountry riders can do, watch FollowCam 6. The latest film from Hickshow Productions features 16-year-old Maverick Walker and fellow boy wonders Scout Walker and Ryan Law. They’re barely legal to drive a car in B.C., but already these youngsters are taking hits that would make a grown man cry.

True to the series genre, FollowCam 6 is full of natural airs, whips and drops, but thanks to additional footage provided by Team Thunderstruck, there is something in the film for the chute junkies as well.

Dan Davidoff also threw a leg over his slightly tired iron last winter to add some Krazy Kanadian hillclimb footage to the film. And Zac Parks dispels any myths we may have had about the SRViper M-TX being a cumbersome four-stroker.

Back on the scene from last year are Chad and Nathan Greziuk with segments that represent their full progression from flatlanders to full-on backcountry assassins. Also featured in the film are Felix Patry, Tyler Gretchen, Cam Hicks, Blaine Penner, Denver Debes and Tyler Hadikin.

Throughout the entire film, there is a strong sense of camaraderie, indicating that Hickshow Productions has become more than just a band of West Kootenay misfits. That, along with the level of riding, the music and the unique points of view, make FollowCam 6 a fun film to watch.

You can order the movie online, or look for the bright, neon pink DVD at your local sled shop.
