Come one come all! The Cranbrook Snowmobile Club (CSC) invites everyone to meet up at the club's Cabin at 12 Noon for a free gourmet lunch prepared by local chef Steven Lechmann. There will also be fun and games, including a 50/50 cash draw and many other prizes and activities for the entire family.
Come see what the CSC club has to offer your family. This includes outhouses at both the club's main staging area/parking lot and the cabin area. There is a warm up shelter beside the main cabin area in addition to free firewood and several stoves and fire pit areas located throughout the Lumberton riding area. Newly updated trail map signage is located at the club's Sea Can in the main parking lot and also on the outside wall of the emergency warm up shelter beside the main cabin. There are many kilometres of well marked groomed trails to take you to any of the close lakes or high mountains peaks. Membership fees (trail passes) are free for Family Days event participants.
Different local riders will be on hand to help with directions and overall questions about the club's area and to shed light on what's involved in becoming a member and reaping even more benefits of this hardworking club.
It's never to young to get out sledding. Bring out the little ones and show them just how fun it is—like when you were a kid, riding that old junker around the barn again and again and again. There is a nice track around the cabin for small machines and a fire pit outside for adults—sounds like the perfect Saturday Family Day!
